Construction of residential complex – Alonaki, Serifos

The first residential complex on the island of Serifos was built in the area of ​​Alonaki, above the beach of Kalo Ambeli. The houses that were built in an area of ​​12 acres are 3: 65 & 85 m² with 2 & 3 bedrooms respectively and a villa of 150 m² with 3 bedrooms and hostel. Also, an old stone cell was renovated and turned into a very beautiful office. Their orientation is south and the houses are located in such a way as to ensure the view to the sea and the quiet in the wider area. Construction was completed in 2010 and sales in 2011.
